Released in 2021, Amerikuli marked a turning point in Quemmekh’s artistic identity. Created over four months, the ten-track album introduced a refined, modern sound blending industrial metal, punk, and electronic elements. Accompanied by a dedicated release campaign, it set a new standard for the collective’s approach to music and visual identity. To this day, Quemmekh’s live performances open with I-D, the album’s first track.
In 2021, Quemmekh set out to raise the standard for album releases in Georgia. The ambition went beyond making a record: it was about creating a complete artistic statement, supported by a dedicated release campaign and a sound that could stand alongside contemporary international productions.
Developed over four months of intensive work, Amerikuli brought together ten tracks and introduced a more refined, modern sonic direction for the collective. Blending industrial metal, punk, and electronic elements, the album established a distinctive sound that would become central to Quemmekh’s artistic identity.
Released on July 30, 2021, Amerikuli became one of the defining records in the collective’s discography. Its impact extends beyond the original release: to this day, Quemmekh’s live performances open with I-D, the album’s opening track.
